Stressed?!? Whether you’re anticipating a stressful semester, need some helpful strategies or just a community space to reflect on these topics, sign up for this workshop! We’ll explore various self-care strategies to utilize on a daily basis to promote positive mental health and manage stress. Participants will engage in different self-care strategies and develop personal goals to manage stress.

There is a lot to learn about gender and sexuality, it can be difficult to know where to start. This workshop provides an introduction to these concepts and breaks down different aspects such as identity, expression, and inclusive language.

The Self-Care Station pop-up highlights that self-care
is not a luxury, but a way to check in with oneself and promote positive mental health. Learn various self-care strategies including self-reflection, practicing gratitude, engaging our different senses (i.e. aromatherapy) and accessing campus resources. Our team will be rotating different activities, so be sure to stop by each time!

Do you have any questions about CalFresh? Interested in learning if you may be eligible for monthly grocery benefits? Book an appointment with a CalFresh Navigator to find out more information and apply. We can help gather documents, discuss student exemptions, walk you through the application and help with any post application questions!

 

Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Anjuman Shah, is available for one-on-one nutrition counseling appointments. Anjuman is available for appointments on Tuesdays 8 AM - 12 PM and Wednesdays 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM.

HPW offers free in-person grab-and-go wellness resources and kits. This includes safer sex supplies, menstrual supplies, Food+Shelter+Success personal care and laundry kits, sleep kits, self-care kits, art kits, and more! Stop by during open hours.
